A comfortable victory with 5 goals from the irrepressible Charlie Bedford, with one from James Ashfield and 2 own goals. Another strong team performance, providing more encouraging signs for the games ahead.

Blacon Youth 2 v Waverton Wasps 3

 

A fantastic performance by the Wasps, as the team created lots of goal scoring chances and were denied by an oustanding performance by the Blacon goalkeeper. A superb hat-trick by Charlie Bedford ensured that the Wasps remain unbeaten.

Charlie Bedford fired a great free kick to give Wasps an early lead.  A great defensive performance saw Wasps secure their first win of the season.

Waverton Wasps 3 vs Waverton Bees 3

 

A thrilling coming back, saw Wasps get a draw in their first outing of the season. James Ashfield leveled the scores for the Wasps, before two quick goals saw the Wasps 3-1 down. However James Wilson and Charlie Bedford both scored wonder goals to secure a draw.
